The privacy and safety of you and your children are of utmost importance to Revved Up Kids, LLC. We will only collect information from you that is pertinent to participation in our classes and we will not share that information without your consent.*

Our promise to you regarding your personal information:

• Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third party vendors.
• Your child's personal information will not be shared or sold to third party vendors.
• We will use our mailing list to send periodic safety information produced only by Revved Up Kids and we will immediately honor all requests for removal from our mailing list.
• If you agree to allow photographing or video-taping of yourself or your child during a Revved Up Kids class, we will protect your privacy by never revealing your last name or your child's last name in any of our marketing materials (occasionally, a video tape may include an instructor calling out a child's first name).
• With your consent, your child's personal information may be collected for a SentryKIDS® Child ID file at one of our fingerprinting events. You will be given the only copy of this information, it will not be stored by Revved Up Kids, LLC.
